Overall another chaotic, in a good way, entertaining verse. Sucks balls that you've been no showed again but on the plus side at least you're racking up points. I'll leave this open for feedback.

always enjoy reading a Hek verse. i won’t point it out specifically but this is the second week in a row you’ve used a concept i’ve jotted down for later use & now have to go erase lol. i don’t like it but it speaks to your ability to snatch flippable opportunities from small details & i fuck with that.

Qualified tree surgeon here, I can confirm that branches are either on the tree or not. It isn’t a matter of extent. Well, actually, to be fair to HEK, a branch could either be cut off in its entirety from the trunk branch collar, or partially, from the budding point of any union subdivision further along the length of the limb. He could even be implying that whilst a dead branch would usually be cut off from the bark branch ridge beyond the collar, this one in particular is so detrimental to the health of the entire organism that he’d deem it necessary to cut it off flush with the trunk, thereby removing the collar and bypassing the compartmentalisation system which would usually protect the main trunk from infection following the cut.
